Moving grate boiler UTSR visio

The biomass heating system has a wide operating range with high fuel flexibility: The automatic moving grate boiler UTSR visio is designed for burning wood chips and pellets. The combustion plant is particularly suitable for fuels with high moisture content.

  • Revised combustion chamber geometry and masonry quality for very low emission values and optimum burnout across the entire operating range with different fuels.
  • New heat exchanger with large transfer surface for low flue gas temperatures and maximum efficiency. Optionally equipped with bypass for maximum filter availability.
  • Primary and secondary exhaust gas recirculation with homogeneous premixing before injection for dry fuels.
  • Preheating of the combustion air by suction through the boiler casing, resulting in lower heat radiation through the boiler casing. Newly developed grate door locking device with electromechanical safety interlock.
  • With O2 monitoring of the combustion chamber. Optionally available with camera for optimum monitoring.
  • Further developed control software to guarantee low emissions even in low-load operation with start/stop behavior.
  • Operational optimization through system monitoring with remote access.
